Policy is...

All refunds are subject to a non-refundable

administration fee to cover the cost of Club Administration

in addition to the AGF registration and insurance fee.

Refunds can be issued in the form of

a cheque or class credit.

Where an athlete withdrawls from a class within the first

three (3) weeks of the session, a pro-rated refund will be issued.

Beyond this time, refunds will only be issued where a medical

certificate is provided; the Club has cancelled the class;

or the Club has asked the participant to leave the class.
