Our Drop-In classes have a variety of uses including the following:

• Exploring the sport of gymnastics and finding out what’s in the sport that’s fun for you

• For those who come often, it’s a chance to develop your skills and to learn harder concepts and techniques

• For former gymnasts, it’s a chance to revisit the sport

• For parkour enthusiasts, it’s a chance to add gymnastics skills to your repertoire and train in a softer environment built for safe progressions

• For cross-training athletes, it’s a chance to incorporate gymnastics fitness and skills such as safe falling and celebratory back flips
