Requirements: Age 6+, Parkour Lv 2 Pass or higher, Tryout with PKFR Head Coach

The Competitive Parkour and Freerunning (PKFR) program focuses on the competitive aspect of parkour in Speed, Skill, and Style. This is for athletes who can handle building strong basics and spending more time on correct technique, conditioning and flexibility in order to build them into well rounded athletes.

Edge PKFR runs year round and athletes will train 2-2.5 hours per day, 2x per week to increase technical skills and prepare them for Speed, Skill, and Style competitions that run through the year. Athletes require Parkour Level 2 Pass or higher, tryout, and coach recommendation.

At a higher level, PKFR athletes have the option of scaling their training from the usual 2x per week to 3x or 4x per week for a maximum of 9 weekly hours of training.

If you are interested in setting up a tryout for Edge PKFR, please contact Parkour head coach Brody Atkin at brodyatkin@gmail.com.
